Q1 2010 UPDATE

With global markets stabilising and confidence growing the commercial sector, coupled with Federal Funding in the Education sector (Digital/Building Education Revolution), 2010 has started with a frenetic pace. Subnet has now completed a Business Strategy, formalising the key strategic objectives and initiatives driving organisational growth over the next 3 years.

Subnet would like to welcome four new valuable additions to the Subnet Team:

• Jeff Malone is working in the newly created Service Administration role with a particular focus on operational delivery of managed services and service desk coordination. Jeff is well organised and efficient along with a strong technical appreciation of ICT infrastructure. Jeff has 'hands on' skills with various programming languages such as PHP and PERL. Jeff is also currently studying a Bachelor of Technology via RMIT.
  
  
• Rob Frost has is now working as a Business Development Manager in our sales team, Rob will have a focus on the commercial sector, bringing over 5 years experience in sales and business development for several South Australian ICT resellers. Rob's initiative and enthusiasm are a welcome addition to our sales team. Rob is also currently studying a Bachelor of Communications at UniSA.
  
  
• Chris Cheshire is working as a Systems Engineer in our professional services team. Chris has over 11 years experience in IT, working for organisations such as Optus, EDS and RDNS. Chris brings specialist skills in virtualisation technologies such as Citrix and VMWare. Chris also has other skills in photography, graphic and web design.
  
  
• John Wills has joined our professional services team as a systems engineer. John has specialist skills from 8 years of managing complex IT infrastructure within the education sector.
